1. General

www.sunsessionszinc.com is operated by SunSessions Naturals (the “Business”). These terms govern use of the website and purchases made through it. All purchases are subject to these terms and applicable law. Purchases may be made only by customers aged 18 or older.

2. Products and orders
Product descriptions, prices and availability are displayed on the website. Customers can review their order and the amount payable before placing it. If an ordered product is unavailable, the Business will contact the customer to arrange a solution or refund the unavailable item.

3. Prices and payment
Orders shipped within Israel are charged in Israeli shekels (ILS). For orders shipped outside Israel, customers may choose to pay in US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP) or euros (EUR), subject to the options displayed at checkout. The price shown before an order is confirmed, including applicable shipping charges, is the price charged for that order.

4. Shipping
Delivery within Israel takes up to 7 business days. Shipping costs ILS 35 for orders of ILS 200 or less and is free for orders over ILS 200.

Delivery outside Israel takes up to 21 business days. Shipping is free for orders over USD 70 and costs USD 20 for orders under USD 70. When paying in GBP or EUR, eligibility for free shipping is based on the order’s USD-equivalent value as displayed at checkout.

5. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
To request a cancellation, return or exchange, contact the Business at sunsessionszinc@gmail.com or +972-52-644-7049, and include your order number and contact details. Return and exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to any additional rights provided by applicable law.

Under the Business’s return policy, an opened zinc tin is eligible for return only if it is almost full. Eligibility will be assessed once the returned product has been received and inspected. This condition does not limit rights relating to defective products, products that do not match the order, or other rights under applicable law.

The Business accepts returns under this policy only for products purchased directly from www.sunsessionszinc.com. If a product was purchased from a retail partner, please contact that retailer.

6. Returning a product and return shipping costs
Please contact the Business before sending a product back. Pack the product securely and send it through a reliable shipping provider to the return address shown on your order confirmation or provided by the Business. We recommend keeping proof of postage and tracking details.

For a standard return, the customer pays the cost of return shipping, and that cost is non-refundable. If the Business arranges a paid return shipping service, its cost will be disclosed in advance and may be deducted from the refund with the customer’s agreement. The customer will not be charged twice for the same return shipment. Returns involving a defect, a product that does not match the order, or failure to deliver on time will be handled in accordance with applicable law. The Business is not responsible for return parcels lost while being shipped by the customer, subject to applicable law.

7. Refunds
Once a cancellation request has been received and eligibility assessed, any refund due will be issued in accordance with applicable law, using the original payment method where possible. Nothing in these terms limits a customer’s rights under applicable consumer law.
