Which countries do you send to and how much does it cost?
We accept orders from almost every country around the world. Shipping is free when you purchase over $30. All Domestic orders less than $30 will have an automatic $5 shipping cost added at check out. All International Orders less than $30 will have an automatic $10 shipping cost added at check out.
How long will it it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is received it will be processed and shipped within a day or two. Estimated time of arrival within Israel up to 4 working days Europe - up to 7 working days The Americas/Africa/Asia - up to 14 working days.

Returns or Exchanges
Return and exchange requests are only accepted up to 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days, we won't be able to accept any return requests.
To be eligible for a return, your zinc tin must be almost full - (used for only a few applications.) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our SunSessions online shop.
Returning your package
Securely wrap the package and send your return to the address below via any reliable postal company or DHL/FedEx services.. SunSessions will not be responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only accept returns for items purchased through www.sunsessionszinc.com. If you purchased a SunSessions item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
